What we store

When you sign up, we store your name, email address and a password hash, and set a session cookie so you stay signed in. For your business, we store the bookings, drivers, vehicles, customers, companies and invoices you enter — your own operational records.

Where you upload a photo or document (a driver photo, a vehicle image, your business logo), it's stored in our file storage.

Passenger and driver data

Booking Circle is used by chauffeur and private-hire businesses to manage their own customers and drivers. If you're a passenger or driver whose details appear in the system, that data was entered by the business you booked with or work for — get in touch with them directly about it, or with us using the details below and we'll pass your request on.

Who we share it with

  • SendGrid — delivers the emails Booking Circle sends (booking confirmations, reminders, account emails). A receipt or a password reset is not marketing.
  • Twilio — delivers the text message reminders Booking Circle sends.
  • Inngest — runs scheduled work (reminders, background checks) on your data, outside the request you made.
  • AeroDataBox — looks up flight details when you enter a flight number on a booking.
  • Ideal Postcodes — suggests UK addresses as you type one into a booking.
  • Our database and file storage providers, who host the data above.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Cookies

We set one cookie — to keep you signed in. Nothing on this site loads analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, so there's nothing else to ask your permission for.

Your rights

You can correct your business profile at any time from Settings. You can download your account and business data as a file from Settings → Account.

Deleting your account, from Settings → Account, sends a confirmation link to your email — this is a security check, not a waiting period. Clicking it removes your login, your business record, and everything tied to it immediately and permanently. There's no grace period after that: once confirmed, it can't be undone.
