Booking Circle

Terms of service

Last updated 4 October 2026.

This is a first draft written from what Booking Circle actually does, not legal advice — Needs your details — set entity in src/lib/legal.ts should review it before relying on it.

What this is

Booking Circle is booking management software for owner-drivers and chauffeur or airport-transfer businesses — bookings, drivers, vehicles, licence and insurance tracking, invoicing and reporting.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your password to yourself. You must be entitled to use the vehicles, drivers and licences you enter into the system, and the driver and vehicle licence checks it performs are only as accurate as the details you keep up to date.

Your data

Everything you enter — bookings, drivers, vehicles, customers, invoices — is yours. We need a licence to store it and show it back to you in order to run the service; we don't use it for anything else.

Subscription

Access to Booking Circle is billed separately from this app, outside of it. Nothing here processes a payment or stores a card.

Fair use of emails and texts

Your plan includes unlimited booking emails and text messages: confirmations, reminders and driver details for your own customers and drivers. We don't charge per message.

“Unlimited” means unlimited for running your business in the normal way. It doesn't cover marketing or bulk messages, messages that have nothing to do with your bookings, messages to people who haven't asked to hear from you, or sending messages on behalf of another business.

If your sending is far higher than a business like yours would normally need, we'll get in touch first to understand why. If it carries on and puts the service, or our costs, at risk (for example through misuse or automated sending), we may limit sending from your account, and we'll give you notice before we do wherever we reasonably can. Normal day-to-day use will never be limited.

Changes and availability

We may change or withdraw features of the service, and will do our best to give notice of anything that removes something you rely on.
