Check what was sent: the System page
Every email and text, and whether it arrived.
Settings › System is your record of what Booking Circle has sent on your behalf. It has:
- What's set up: a checklist of the services behind emails, texts and address lookup, and whether each is switched on.
- Emails: every email sent to customers and drivers, with the time and the result. Click one to read it exactly as it went out. A failed one has a Retry button.
- Text messages: every text sent for you. Click one to read it.
