Sharing drivers between businesses
Using a subcontractor who also works with another Booking Circle business.
A driver can work with more than one Booking Circle business. Whoever added them first owns their record and is the only one who can change their name, contact details, licence or photo. Other businesses can still use them on bookings.
- Add a shared driver from Drivers › Add driver › Already in Booking Circle.
- They show a Shared badge on your Drivers screen.
- You can set your own usual vehicle for them; it doesn't affect anyone else.
- If their licence expires, they can't be assigned by any business until the owner updates it. The Dashboard tells you who to ask, for example: Shared driver, ask Mersey Executive Cars to renew.
- Remove from my drivers takes them off your list only. It's blocked while other businesses use them.
