Add a driver

1. 1Go to Drivers and press Add driver.
2. 2On the New driver tab, add a photo if you like, their name, phone and email.
3. 3Enter their Private Hire Driver's Licence: the reference, and the valid from and to dates.
4. 4If they have their own car, fill in the Vehicle section: registration, make, model and colour. Press Mercedes V Class to fill in the make and model in one tap, then type the registration. Choose Black or Silver, or type another colour.
5. 5Press Add driver.

Someone already using Booking Circle

If a driver also works with another Booking Circle business (a subcontractor, say), use the Already in Booking Circle tab. Search by name, phone or email and add them to yours, rather than typing their details again. More

Change a driver later

Select a driver to see their details. Press Edit to change them or to set their Usual vehicle, or press Remove from my drivers.
