Airport transfers and multiple pickups

Several pickups to one airport, and a return run to several drop-offs.

One passenger to the airport

Choose Single (or Return), then switch on Airport transfer beside the pickup date. A Flight number box appears, and airports from your quick locations are offered as drop-offs. If you switch Airport transfer off after typing a flight number, you're asked whether to remove the number or keep it.

Picking up from a railway station

When the pickup is a station, a Train departs from box appears. Enter the station the passenger's train left from (for example London Euston) so your driver can watch that train for delays. It goes into the driver's email and calendar entry. For any other pickup, press Is (the passenger's name) arriving by train?, below the pickup box. Your railway stations from Quick locations & prices are then offered as one-tap pickups under the pickup box, and the drop-off shows your usual places instead (the passenger is usually going home).

Several pickups, one airport

  1. Choose Multiple pickups and switch on Airport transfer.
  2. Stop 1 holds the pickup time, the drop-off (the airport), the flight number, the price, the driver and the vehicle. These apply to the whole run.
  3. Use Add another stop for each extra place you collect from. Each extra stop needs only the address and the passengers.

You can add up to eight stops. Everything about the run (time, driver, vehicle and price) is set once.

The journey back: one pickup, several drop-offs

Under the outbound run, switch on Add a return journey for the trip home. It picks everyone up from the airport and drops them at several places: use Add another drop-off for each. Each drop-off is its own stop, you set the flight number once for the run, and the price goes on the run as a whole.
