Jobs passed to you by another company

Sometimes another chauffeur company hands you a job they can't cover. They are your customer and pay you; their client is the passenger. You don't need the client's contact details.

1. 1Add the other business under Companies and switch on Chauffeur company in its details. More
2. 2Create the booking. In Who is travelling, choose that company (marked business) so it's billed to them.
3. 3Enter the passenger's name, for example the client's name. A phone number and email aren't needed.
4. 4A Passed on by button appears, already switched on. It stays on, so the job is marked Passed on by the company's name on the booking and in your lists.
