Find your way around

The Dashboard

This is your home screen. From the top it shows:

• Needs attention: licences and insurance that have expired or are close to it.
• Bookings that need a driver, soonest first, with a button to go straight to them.
• Today and tomorrow, then Coming up: the next jobs, each showing the driver and the vehicle's registration.
• Drafts: bookings you started and saved to finish later.
• A gold New booking button, always at the top right.

On a phone or tablet

Booking Circle is built to be used on a phone. Tap the round menu button at the top left to open the menu; it closes when you choose somewhere to go. On a phone the New booking button floats at the bottom right.

Light or dark, and more room

• At the bottom of the menu, three buttons switch between dark, light and match my device. It remembers your choice on that device only.
• The small panel button beside them collapses the menu to icons for more room, and opens it again.
• Settings and Sign out are at the very bottom of the menu.

Getting back

Click the Booking Circle logo, or Dashboard, at any time to return home. Nothing you're in the middle of is lost without asking you first.
