What drivers receive
The job email and calendar invite.
As soon as a driver is assigned to a journey, they're emailed the job: the pickup time and place, the drop-off and the vehicle. It comes with a calendar invite they can open in their own calendar app.
- The driver needs an email address on their record.
- If you assign a driver from the list, you get a few seconds to press Undo first, and nothing is sent if you do.
- If you change the driver, the new one is told about the job.
- Multi-leg jobs email the driver for their leg only.
