Tabs

• Upcoming: jobs from today onwards, soonest first.
• Needs a driver: upcoming jobs without one. The number shows how many.
• Unpaid: finished jobs still owed to you (not paid, not cancelled, not free of charge). A job still to come isn't counted until it has happened.
• Past: earlier jobs. All: everything.

Search

Type a name or the booking number a customer quotes (for example 1042) in the search box. The list narrows as you type.

More filters

Press More filters to narrow by driver (or 'No driver yet'), a date range, the booking type, or how it was booked.

Cards or table

The two buttons at the top switch between a card for each booking and a compact table. Your choice is remembered.

Reading a booking card

• The passenger and booking number, with the pickup date and time.
• A Passed on by marker where another company gave you the job.
• The route, and the driver and vehicle registration. Multi-leg jobs list each leg with its driver.
• Unpaid shows only once a job has happened and is still unpaid; a job still to come says Not paid yet. The price is bottom right.
