Companies and billing
Bill a job to a company instead of the passenger.
A company is who pays: an employer, a hotel, a travel firm or another chauffeur company. The passenger on a booking is who travels; the company is who you bill.
Add a company
- Go to Companies and press Add company.
- Enter its name, the contact's name, email and phone, its billing address and VAT number if it has one.
- Add a logo: upload a file, or paste its web address. A pasted address is applied when you click out of the box.
- Save.
Bill a booking to a company
In Who is travelling, choose the company in the customer box (it's marked business). The booking is billed to it, and you can enter a different passenger. Their details are not copied onto the passenger.
Regular passengers
If the same people often travel for a company, open the company and add them under Regular passengers (a name is enough; a phone and email fill in the booking for you). On a booking billed to that company, a Passenger from list appears: pick someone to fill in the passenger details, or leave it and type a new passenger.
Delete a company
Open the company and press Delete. You're asked first.
