Welcome to Booking Circle
What it does for you, and how the screens fit together.
Booking Circle replaces the phone calls, WhatsApp messages and spreadsheets you run your chauffeur business on. You put a job in once, and it reaches your driver and your customer without you typing it out again.
What you can do
- Record every kind of job: single journeys, returns, airport transfers, day hire, multi-day tours and group trips.
- Give each job to a driver and vehicle. Anyone with an expired licence or insurance is never offered, so you can't book them by accident.
- Email your customer a confirmation and their driver's details, each with a PDF attached, and let Booking Circle send a reminder before pickup.
- Invoice a customer or company, email the invoice with a PDF, and mark it paid.
- Produce a report for a council spot check, or for a complaint, in a couple of clicks.
How the screens fit together
Everything is in the menu down the left (on a phone, tap the menu button at the top left).
- Operate: the Dashboard shows what needs doing today, and Bookings is your full list of jobs.
- Manage: your Customers, Drivers, Vehicles, Companies, and your Quick locations & prices shortcuts.
- Paperwork: Invoices and Reports.
- Support: this user guide, a way to ask us a question, and your messages from us.
