Add a vehicle and set a driver's usual vehicle
Registration, make, colour, licence and insurance, and pairing it with a driver.
Add a vehicle
- Go to Vehicles and press Add vehicle.
- Enter the registration, and the make, model and colour. Choose Black or Silver in one tap, or type another.
- Enter the Private Hire Vehicle Licence and the Certificate of Insurance: the reference and dates for each.
- Add a photo: choose one from the library, or upload your own.
- Save.
It's shown everywhere as, for example, Mercedes-Benz V Class - Black, with its registration alongside.
A driver's usual vehicle
Open the driver on the Drivers screen, press Edit, and choose their Usual vehicle. If the car isn't in your list yet, use Not in the list? Add a new vehicle underneath, fill in the registration and press Save: it's added to Vehicles and set as their usual vehicle.
On the booking form, choosing that driver then fills in their usual vehicle automatically.
Change the colour or details later
Select the vehicle on the Vehicles screen and press Edit.
