Which booking type do I choose?
Single, return, multiple pickups, multi-day and hourly, explained.
The type tells Booking Circle how many journeys the job has and how to show them. Choose the one that matches how you'd describe the job to a colleague.
- Single
- One journey from A to B. The most common.
- Return
- There and back, as two legs. The second leg starts as the first one reversed, and you can change it. Each leg can have its own time, driver and price.
- Multiple pickups
- Collecting passengers from several places on one run, usually going to one place such as an airport. One time, one driver, one vehicle and one price for the whole run. Airport transfers
- Multi-day
- A job over several days, such as a golf trip, where each day has its own journeys. Group and multi-day trips
- Hourly / ad-hoc
- You're booked for a length of time with no fixed route: 'as directed'. Hourly and day hire
