Multi-day and group trips
Golf tours and group holidays: many days, many passengers, hotel to course and back.
For a trip that runs over several days, such as a golf tour of three to five days booked by a company for lots of guests, choose Multi-day. Each day's runs are separate journeys in one booking.
- Choose Multi-day. Under Who is travelling, pick the company that is booking (choose it in the customer box; it's marked business), and enter the lead passenger or group name.
- Fill in Journey 1: for example, hotel to golf course, with the date, time and number of passengers.
- Press Add another journey. The new journey starts with the previous drop-off as its pickup, and the same passengers, driver, vehicle and time, so you only change what's different (for example, course back to hotel).
- Repeat for every run over the days. A multi-day booking can hold up to 24 journeys.
- Set each journey's price, or put the total on the first.
